Family Program
Each family member or supportive loved one is encouraged to attend our Family Program held every other Saturday from 1 - 2 pm. Utilizing the Al-Anon and Nar-Anon models as a basis for family wellness, the family counselor brings hope of recovery to the family of the addicted client. Education about alcoholism and addiction is provided and time is allotted for attendees to ask questions and to process concerns about potential post-treatment issues.
Residential Treatment
Hope Valley's Treatment Team uses an evidence-based curriculum to educate clients about all aspects of addiction and recovery. As the client learns the facts about this illness, it is our hope that the negative stigmas surrounding addiction will be reduced, more people will continue into recovery, and our society will benefit from an overall reduction of problems relating to substance use disorder.
The fully licensed staff at Hope Valley utilizes a full spectrum of best practices including Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, 12-Step Facilitation, and Relapse Prevention Planning. Together, these educational and experiential activities help each client build a foundation of skills and knowledge that can make a drug and alcohol-free life a reality. Case Management includes the identification of support and collaboration with needed resources in the development of comprehensive transition and aftercare planning.
